Corporate leaders know that their companies must innovate to sustain growth. They also know innovation is essential for gaining and maintaining competitive advantage. Yet, the road to innovation is often unclear and fraught with missteps and missed opportunities.

Leveraging Innovation to Power Corporate Growth helps improve the success rate of corporate innovation. The session teaches participants ways to enhance and renew innovation throughout their organizations. Translating innovation into business success is a primary focus.

During the short course, participants explore the gamut of innovation challenges and opportunities. They identify and analyze their own companies’ past successes, role models, and processes. Participants also use innovation theory, case studies, and discussion points to probe their corporate environments and business strategies. They explore the requirements for a robust innovation environment and learn what it takes to build such a climate. By the end of the session, participants know where the innovation growth opportunities might be within their organizations, what barriers exist, and what strategies are needed to link innovation to corporate growth.
